Training and updating of the sales force regarding the use of digital tools
For the training and updating of the sales network, one of our customers active in the construction sector has designed and created training sessions on the use of digital levers in order to increase B2B sales.
Training was managed by our commercial experts and not by our digital technicians as it was important to speak the same language as the commercial team whilst making the digital concepts practical and commercially exploitable.
