Redefinition of the company core message for the new website and digital education

As part of this project, we worked with a client belonging to a multinational group active in more than 60 countries, in 5 continents.
The aim of the project was to completely renew the company website, not only from a technology and graphic point of view (CMS), but mainly from the point of view of the message delivered, making it less technical-engineering-oriented and more focused on the benefits the company products and services offer to current and potential users.
Among the different actions implemented on the new website, we highlight the SEO-optimisation of the information architecture, combined with copywriting as for the most interesting topics for the target audience, UX (user experience) optimization with algorithms to facilitate and monitor the technical documentation access, the selection of an image gallery.
At the same time, since the company operates exclusively in the B2B field and has always adopted traditional communication techniques and channels, Develed structured and implemented a tailor-made training program to meet the company’s need, to understand the mechanisms and exploit advantages coming from the use of digital channels to support commercial activities.
