This project was developed from the customer’s need, due to a strong expansion beyond borders, to adapt and transpose his communication way from the usual national context, known for decades, to the new international one. Our client operates exclusively in a B2B context, in which the target audience are people with a very high engineering specialisation.
Develed supported the customer’s marketing team by identifying the development areas and drawing up an action plan, also including a brand awareness analysis, the evaluation of the current and desired company positioning, as well as the specific sector benchmark analysis.
As a result of this important activity, the elements for the international communication strategy definition were identified, including the brand identity, the most suitable themes for the message construction in line with the target expectations, the digital channel identification on which to take action to reach the target audience.
