The aim of the project is the national and international commercialization of a new collection of top-of-the-range household products, made by young emerging designers in collaboration with local goldsmith companies.
As Develed, we coordinated all project phases since its conception, managing and supervising even the very first stages of startup (business model definition, supplier identification and coordination, PR, etc).
Being a product line and a startup not known in the market, by mutual agreement with the customer, we set up a first phase of communication and direct B2C sales and then started to look for B2B partners by exploiting the leverage and sales created by the first phase.
