Together with the customer, we dealt with the creation from scratch of a multifirm agent network in the Spanish market. The project involved 3 phases:
In the first phase, we identified the professional main characteristics to be selected, also based on some successful cases.
In the second one, we identified the suitable agents, carried out the first contact and cooperated with the company for the contracting for the reference market.
In the final one, we arranged (and attended) a technical – commercial meeting, held in Spain.
